公司现有设计团队共50人，毕业于国内知名航海院校，团队骨干成员主要来自国内知名船舶设计公司和大型造船企业，拥有丰富的船舶及海洋工程各阶段设计及现场施工经验；并与多所大学保持深度合作，可以为客户提供自船型研发到现场技术支持的全方位设计服务。 

       公司使用的设计软件包括NAPA、COMPASS等性能计算软件和SESAM、NASTRAN等强度分析软件，可快速进行方案设计和开发设计；目前已完成船型包括运输船舶系列、工程船系列、渔业养殖平台&渔船系列、公务船&游艇系列共三十多型船舶；熟练掌握使用TRIBON、AM、SPD、TEKLA、PDMS等三维生产设计软件及其二次开发工具软件，完成超过上百型船舶和海工产品的生产设计工作；由于长期与日韩船厂联合进行生产设计工作，对于深化现代造船模式和提升精益管理水平和信息化管理水平具有丰富经验。 近两年，通过与坞修厂和设备厂家的合作，完成了六十多个项目的脱硫和压载水改装设计工作。

       公司自建立之初，就严格按照系统标准化的管理体系运行，并于2020年1月通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，公司将一如既往的本着“精心设计、厚德立业、创新发展、合作共赢”的初心，与国内外同仁共同致力于造船和航运业的发展。

The design software used by the company includes NAPA, COMPASS and other performance computing software and SESAM, NASTRAN and other strength analysis software, which can be quickly designed and developed. At present, more than 30 types of ships have been completed, including transport ship series, engineering ship series, fishery farming platform & fishing boat series, government ship & yacht series. Proficient in 3D production design software and secondary development tool software such as TRIBON, AM, SPD, TEKLA, PDMS, etc., and completed production design work of more than 100 types of ships and Marine engineering products; Because of the long-term joint production design work with Japanese and Korean shipyards, I have rich experience in deepening modern shipbuilding mode and improving the level of lean management and information management. In the past two years, we have completed the desulphurization and ballast water refitting designs for more than 60 projects by cooperating with dock repair factories and equipment manufacturers.

Since its establishment, the company has been operating in strict accordance with the systematic and standardized management system, and passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in January 2020.
